		<description>Jay - yep, that paved, blocked-off path to no where is still there.  Mike and I were trying to figure out how much time they have left before that happens to other parts of the road as well.  

Time lapse photos of it would be pretty cool to see, if they had them.</description>

		<description>Yep, you can definitely see the power of Superior in action at McLain.  

On the road that follows the shore there&#039;s a section where it turns to dirt.  On our 2004 trip that was actually an offshoot of the paved road with campsites along it.  Last summer when we went back, the paved section there had been washed away and the gravel is now part of the main road (they also took our the campsites).

BTW, I&#039;ve seen pics and video online of people actually &lt;i&gt;surfing&lt;/i&gt; at McLain.</description>
