But we went hiking this weekend and found ourselves in thimbleberry heaven.


We didn’t pick enough to make jam, but we had enough to fill our bellies. They are always a welcome treat!

This year I have been paying close attention to thimbleberry patches during our travels. I think I will give it a shot and try to make some jam next year.
